Owner Builders

We provide either a supply only service or deliver the complete flooring solution for our Owner Builder Clients.

We can quote off your plans, do onsite visits to check your subfloor as part of our service. We pride ourselves on our first-class service and professionalism.

Builders & Developers

With a 20 year history of servicing Builders and Developers, Southern Timber Floors are experienced in all styles of installation in flooring including Staircases and lifts.

We liaise with our builders, work off the provided plans, provide complimentary site visits and work within our builders time frames. Our beautiful floors are designed to stand the test of time. Most importantly of all for our builders is our relaiable after service to give you peace of mind.
